Beautiful thick pile ‘Rya De Luxe’ rug from Ege Tappear out of Denmark. This rug was designed in 1972 by Carin Agner Nielsen and the model is named "Lugano". This specific model is one of the most sought after scandinavian rugs from the 70’s and is a prime example of mid century pop art interior. It is made out of 100% wool cotton, using a high quality danish rya weaving technique which results in a quality that is unparalleled. The design features a minimalist and psychedelic pattern in a color mix of purple, lilac, red, blue and pink tones. Due to it’s extremely high manufacturing quality, the rug is still in a fantastic condition. Completely clean, without holes, stains or other damages. Dimensions: Width 140 cm. Length 200 cm
