Set of 2 (three lamps available) large metal wall lamps produced by Raak Amsterdam in the 1970s, designed by renowned Italian designers Cesare Casati & Emanuele Ponzio. This striking design reflects the artistic spirit of the Zero Art Movement and foreshadows the Memphis era. The fixtures feature sheet metal elements that create a bold, graphic shape, with light passing through the five semi-circles to produce a stunning glow. Made of white lacquered metal, these wall lamps are a perfect example of 1970s design, with organic curves that have become highly sought-after in contemporary interiors. The porcelain E27 bulb holder is discreetly hidden behind the metal elements, casting a soft, diffused light while emphasizing the fixture’s architectural form. The condition of all three lamps is very good with just some very minor paint loss on some of the edges. With multiple pieces, the design possibilities are endless—when mounted one above the other, they form a perfect round object, creating a sculptural presence on the wall. When mounted next to each other they form a meandering river, or use them individually as statement lighting pieces.
