In 2017, Nick Daelemans and Mathias Vertessen started the clothing label KLEIR. The original sweaters and T-shirts with typical Antwerp sayings such as ZIEVEREIR, NOUGABOLLEN or TOETERNITOE have since become an integral part of the street scene. High time to conquer the bookshop with a brand new KLEIR creation! WASDANAWER? is an anthology of the most beautiful Antwerp sayings. The ideal gift book for paljaskes, sjarels and masjoefels! KLEIR. These are 2 people from Antwerp, Nick Daelemans and Mathias Vertessen. They met at the scouts at the age of 6. Since then, their friendship and love for Antwerp and its language has only grown. Today they are self-proclaimed dialect ambassadors. The main goal is to put the Antwerp dialect back on the map. Small steps are being taken towards that higher goal through a striking clothing collection and now also a book.
