Fantastic pair of colored glass sconces by Fontana Arte, possibly designed by Max Ingrand. These sconces were made in Italy and have polished cut green, very thick and heavy glass. Brushed steel wall plates. These lamps look a bit like Pacman figures, can be used both ways. Fantastic and highly decorative pair of sconces. A marked pair was sold at Wright20.com, Modern design auction 03 october 2004, lot 365, result $2,520. Very hard to find pair of sconces would look great in any modern design home or office.
