This set of three nesting tables dates from the late 1960s and was manufactured in the Netherlands. The design is a quintessential example of Dutch minimalism from this era, typically attributed to Metaform. The set consists of one rectangular coffee table and two square side tables designed to fit precisely underneath. The frames are constructed from high-quality stainless steel with a brushed finish. Each table is topped with a solid slab of natural riven slate, characterized by its dark, textured surface. The combination of industrial metal and natural stone was a hallmark of high-end Dutch furniture production during this period. They are in good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age.
