A magnificent vase/lamp base made in 1984 by Marius Bessone in the famous French town of Vallauris. The crystallized surface is the result of enamel nucleation, a technique he mainly used at the end of his career. The vase is in very good condition, with little or no signs of wear. Signed 'M. Besson' on the bottom.
