Famous groovy shaped sputnik sculpture designed by Curtis Jere, USA 1960. Curtis Jere is well known in America by its gorgeous metal sunbursts, explosions of brass raindrops and mirrors suspended by exquisitely crafted brass petals. This sculpture is recently being reeditioned by Jonathan Adler and can be bought for $995. It can also be used as ceiling sculptures, you can hang it using the clip in the middle. This is for a very nice large original old authentic design by Curtis Jere made in the early 1960s with nice patine from age. Sculpture was made of heavy chrome plate metal.
