Max Le Verrier 1891-1973, figure lamp "Clarte". Louis Octave Maxime Le Verrier, Max Le Verrier for short, born: 29 January 1891 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France-died: 6 June 1973 in Paris, was a French sculptor. He also used the artist's name Artus. Probably cast aluminum or cast metal, depicting a standing female nude, holding a frosted and crackled glass ball, with a stepped polygonal base. Probably made in the 1950s, functional, very good original condition, few traces of use.
