Faience; bulbous oval body with a quatrefoil outline; bronze foot and rim with a patinated gilt finish, decorated with relief and partly openwork masks, ornamental and floral motifs; azure blue, moss green and brown marbled ground with powdered gold highlights; the front painted in polychrome underglaze and outlined enamel colours with multicoloured anemone stems; signed Guillaume at the centre right; reverse painted in polychrome underglaze and outlined enamel colours with a sweet pea vine; underglaze mark and impressed stamp to the underside; dimensions: approx. 25.1 × 37 × 24.5 cm; total weight: approx. 3.4 kg; various areas of paint wear to the edge of the foot caused by the loose bronze foot, and two small hatched areas to the centre of the front.
