Stamped: 585 yellow gold; weight: approx. 124.4 g; rectangular case with elliptical thumbpiece set with a faceted sapphire (untested, dimensions: approx. 6 x 4 mm) and centrally hinged lid; exterior with all-over lozenge-shaped guilloché decoration compartmentalised by double ridges and framed at the sides by a border with raised floral decoration, polished sides; polished interior fitted with a new yellow elastic retaining band; fineness mark and unidentified maker's mark to the rebate; interior dimensions: approx. 8.8 x 7.4 cm; exterior dimensions: approx. 1.2 x 9.5 x 8 cm.
