Jan Kaláb (born June 20, 1978, in Prague) also known as Splesh, Point, Cakes, is a Czech artist dedicated to graffiti, street art, and mural art. He encountered spray paint and graffiti in 1993 at the age of 15, creating his first piece. A year later, in 1994, he painted his first panel. Since then, he has created hundreds of graffiti works, both for himself and for well-known companies. His name has traveled almost all over Europe. In 2000, he went to the United States with Romeo and Cey. They visited New York, the cradle of graffiti, where he created the cherry on top of his illegal work with several panels on the New York subway and a one-man colorful wholecar. In 2001, he pushed the boundaries of graffiti and, according to him, became one of the first creators of plastic 3D graffiti in the world. In 2006, he completed his university studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.
