Baroque covered cup and stem glass, 18th century, colorless glass with a slight purplish tint, blown finish, cup with an air bubble incised in the foot, topped with two knots, fine frosted decoration, motif representing two roosters with Cupid, French inscription: "ce qui nous resouit chagrine les autres", matching stem glass adorned with a floral scroll motif all around, both showing traces of "glass pest", but otherwise in good condition, H 11 and 25.5 cm.
